Blood Donation Camp – Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav-Interact Volunteers

The interactors of Sophia Interact Club and their Interact club teachers stayed back after the Independence Day celebrations as enthusiastic volunteers in the Blood donation Camp organised in collaboration with St. John's Medical College Hospital towards Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav in memory of the freedom fighters who shed their blood for us. Principals Sr Alpana, Sr Madhuja, Treasurers Sr Divya, and Sr Shiny and the PTA president Mr.Anil were on hand to help and oversee the event.

Many parents volunteered to donate seeing the dire necessity during Covid times but they had to qualify under the strict guidelines in order to donate.

The eager Interactors were on hand to guide donor parents to the camp which was from 9am to 1pm. The camp successfully collected 35 units by the end after strict monitoring and checking of donors.
