CUMA Council Installation

On the 17th of June, 2026, the student representatives of Cuvilly and Mater were installed as leaders of the CUMA StudentCouncil for the year 2026-27 by the Principal Sr. Alpana at the auditorium from 10:30 am. The students of classes 5,6, 7 ,8 made up the audience in the auditorium.The proud parents watched their daughters step out as leaders after a ceremony which began with a prayer and thesymbolic lighting of the lamp by Sr.Alpana, past student moderators Ms.Mary Anitha, Ms. Sudha and Ms. Alphonsa , CUMA Prefect Ellyn Kiara Lobo and Deputy CUMA Prefect Inaya Bhansali in an organised chain of events.

Sr. Alpana, invoked them to solemnly abide by the school oath and addressed the students in her inspiring speech of unity, discipline and kindness. The leaders in turn led the student body with the pledge of allegiance to the school and the motto of each house. Finally the newly installedCUMA Prefect,acknowledged her big role with a word of thanks to all who voted and expressed her gratitude to appreciate all concerned for the success of this event not forgetting the parents.

Finally the principal, handed over the lighted candles to the new leaders on their descent from the stage and on a concluding note she revealed the names of the new student moderators Ms. Prithvi and Ms. Priya from Cuvilly and Ms. Elizabeth and Ms. Annu Prateeksha from Mater.
