On 15 December 2025, at 3:30 p.m. after school hours, Sophia High School’s
Interact Club organised a heartfelt Workers’ Christmas Celebration on the school
campus to thank and cheer around 50 maintenance staff members. The staff
were warmly welcomed by club members and the Principals Sr. Alpana, Sr.
Madhuja and Treasurer,
Sr. Pushpa as a gesture of appreciation and to bring in the festive joy.
Allowing the maintenance staff to relax and bond beyond their daily routines this
event consisted of a joyful medley of carol singing, a lively dance presentation
and an engrossing game organised by the students for them.
This was followed by distribution of snack boxes and sweets lovingly packed by
the students and meaningful gifts by the Interact Club and management in the
spirit of service, gratitude and community reciprocated by the recipients in their
heartfelt Vote of thanks.
It was truly a memorable afternoon of gratitude, and sharing by the youth in the
festive season.
