Sophia Interact Club motivated by the principals motivated the whole school to
collect over 7 days (September 27th to October 3rd ) a total collection of: Rice -
1350kgs, lentils- 325 kgs, Oil- 230 litres, Wheat flour- 450 kgs, Sugar- 270 kgs
& Jaggery- 125 kgs from the youngest to the oldest student on Sophia's
campus.
The distribution of the same was completed from 5 th October to 10 th October at
various outreach centres by students including places such as orphanages,
Old age homes, slums, blind schools, home for mentally challenged, Shelter
for HIV positive & other shelters making Dussehra 2024, a meaningful one for
many needy people.
