The new academic year for classes IX, X, and XII began on the wings of hope
on May 20th,2024. Principal Sr. Alpana warmly welcomed the students to the
Platinum Jubilee year of Sophia High School.
The note of optimism continued with Head Girl Nia Motha, who emphasized
the importance of embracing new opportunities.
The choir enthralled the audience with a hymn,Light of the World,followed
by a prayer and Bible reading from Colossians 3:1-17, reminding the audience
to embody virtues such as compassion and humility. The prayer session
ended with the hymn Lovely Lord, reinforcing themes of self-worth and
divine love.
Celebrated alumni speaker Ms. Mala Dhawan, a brand strategist, held the
girls rapt attention with her lively interaction,From One Sophia-ite to
Another.
The session concluded, leaving the girls with a powerful thought:If you can't
figure out your purpose, figure out your passion.
