IX A Outreach Report

On 1st August, the students of Class 9A undertook a community outreach visit to Samuha Foundation Trust, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru. Out of a class strength of 46 students, 34 students participated in this meaningful initiative. The students were accompanied by Ms. Nidhi and Mr. Mahesha.

The team reached the foundation at 12:30 p.m., where they spent quality time interacting with 49 children studying up to Class 7. The visit was filled with joy and learning as the students engaged the children in various games, sang songs, and danced together, creating a warm and cheerful atmosphere.

A special focus of the interaction was to encourage the children to overcome their stage fear and express themselves with confidence. Through fun activities and constant encouragement, many children came forward to speak and participate enthusiastically, making the experience rewarding for everyone involved.

The students also contributed generously by donating essential supplies required by the foundation. They brought ration items, toiletries, books, stationery, cakes, biscuits, chocolates, and other useful materials to support the children and the institution.

The visit proved to be a deeply enriching experience for the students of Class 9A. It instilled in them a sense of gratitude for the opportunities and privileges they enjoy, while reinforcing the values of empathy, compassion, and social responsibility. The initiative served as a reminder that even small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
