The Future Starts Here-Science in Agriculture

A seminar titled “The Future Starts Here” was organized by Sophia High School on 24th October 2025 in the school auditorium from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The session, conducted in collaboration with Bayer Group, focused on the topic “Science in Agriculture” under the theme “Career in R&D and Life Science.”

The resource person, Mr. Dhananjay Bombri, Head of Compensation & Benefits (South Asia & Korea) – Bayer Group, addressed the students, highlighting the significance of research and development in advancing sustainable agricultural practices. The session aimed to stimulate scientific curiosity and raise awareness about emerging opportunities in life sciences and agricultural innovation.

Students gained valuable insights into the integration of technology in agriculture and the growing importance of scientific research in ensuring global food security. The seminar concluded with an interactive question-and- answer session, inspiring students to pursue careers in science and innovation.
