Sophia Road Race

The annual Sophia road race was held on 8th July 2023. The theme of this year's Race was 'Green race for a Blue Planet'.

All participants were in school by 6:15 am and were given T-Shirts with the logo printed on it. The event started with Mr Mahesh giving instructions to the participants followed by Sr. Alpana's message.

The race was flagged off by the chief guest Mr. Cyril Pereira. It was held in a phased manner with first the students then teacher's followed by parents running the 3.5km race.

There was provision for water and medical facilities. Support of traffic police and NCC Cadets was an integral part of the race.

After the completion of the race all the participants were served juice. The event ended with the highly anticipated prize distribution. All in all, it was a spectacular event and student participation was amazing.
