VI' D A day at Bosco Yuvakendra

On 05/10/2024 a pleasant Saturday morning, the buses left the gates of Sophia High School, filled with eager and enthusiastic 6D students. We were headed to Bosco Yuvakendra, a youth organization that has been a beacon of hope and support for many children. Established in 1985 on Magadi Road, it is the first of seven Bosco centres in Bangalore. It provides about 25 children with a safe home and all the necessities including education to build a better future. As we arrived, the sight that greeted us was heart-warming. The atmosphere was vibrant and alive, with talented children, each unique in their own way. We were all amazed by the sight.

The principal treated us kindly, providing drinks and snacks ensuring our comfort throughout the visit. What truly stood out were the performances by the children. They performed dances with breath-taking stunts. It was a joy to witness their passion and hard work.

This vsit left a lasting impression on all of us. We are deeply grateful to Sr. Alpana who made this experience possible. Above all, we are thankful to the Almighty for blessing this experience.

In conclusion, It is a reminder to all of us that every small act of kindness that we do can have a big impact on someone's life. It's a lesson we should carry forward in all that we do.
