X A Outreach Report

On the 1st of August, 2026, our class, Class X A, embarked on a heart-warming Outreach Program to Bosco Vatsalya Bhavan in Chamrajpet. Bosco Vatsalya Bhavan is a shelter home dedicated to rescuing and caring for young children who have been found in difficult situations at railway stations and bus stands, offering them a safe haven full of protection, love, and hope for the future. We left the school at around 8:15 A.M., filled with excitement, and were greeted with the brightest smiles the moment we stepped into the home. We spent the day singing and dancing together to a few songs, instantly breaking the ice and filling the room with laughter. The children then happily showed us around their home, guiding us through the building. What touched us the most was how spotless and cheerful the whole place was, with beautiful drawings decorating the walls on every floor, reflecting so much colour and joy. This visit was a truly uplifting experience for all of us. Seeing how happy, energetic, and resilient these young children are—despite the hard beginnings they faced—left us feeling incredibly grateful and inspired. It reminded us of the real heart of an outreach program: it isn't about feeling sympathy, but about sharing genuine joy, building friendships, and treating everyone with equal love and dignity. The warm memories and smiles we shared that morning is something Class X A will cherish for a very long time!
