Run for Universal Love

Run for Universal Love 17-11-2021

We were honoured to be a part of the Run for Universal Love on 17-11-2021 and we are proud that we could contribute, even though in a small way, to a greater cause; to provide footwear for the less privileged. Chief Guest Sr. Mary Sreeja SND, Assistant General Superior of the Sisters of Notre Dame, Rome, in our midst. An educationist, who has the best interest of Sophia in her heart,Sr. Sreeja’s life has been one of dedication and hard work. A very dynamic person, she holds the justice and integrity of each person close to her heart. The focus of her work remains women and children empowerment programs amongst many others. We are indeed privileged to have a lady of courage and fortitude in our midst to bestow her blessings for this good cause. Sr. Mary Sreeja SND flagged off the event and we had participation of students, parents, sisters, and teachers in large numbers. It was a rainy morning, and yet, everyone was enthusiastic and ran the whole course. Students, teachers and staff were presented with participation certificates and refreshments after the run. We all felt very accomplished after completing the run in entirety.
