Sophia High School Interact Club was encouraged by Principal
Sr. Alpana, to participate in the WePlant initiative of making a seed bank for
Sophia students to deposit washed and dried fruit seeds. These seeds are taken
by WePlant to sow fruit bearing trees to supplement nutrition at zero cost in the
remotest parts of malnourished rural India.
On Tuesday, 21st February, 2023, the students of KG class to High School
keenly participated as the Interactors organised a class to class whole school
seed collection drive.
At the end of day, Mr. Ravi, (local coordinator-Wecure) was very grateful and
pleased with Sophia Students' response.
