Sophia High School, introduced this with a theatre workshop for students of Sophia High School (Classes 7 & 8) on Monday, 25th of July, 2022 conducted through the performing arts group ‘Spashta Theatre’. The section wise students gathered in 2 venues simultaneously i.e, at the Duchesne Hall and the Cuvilly Green room from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm in one hour sessions for each section in the constant presence of their English teachers Ms. Shushma, Ms. Somy and Ms. Alphonsa.
The workshop was on
•Rhythm & movement
•Voice Resonators
•Improve Theatre
Some of the takeaways of the workshop were:
1) Mind & Body alignment
2) Voice Exploration
3) Spontaneity
